1:48pm EDT: 2.25 hours to go to the end of OPX week – I can’t wait to kick back and pour a cold one.
FYI: The Sector SPDRs all go ex-dividend the Thursday before expiration. That creates distortions that are not properly accounted for in the IV formulas. So, our channel is a bit deviant at this point – but we’ll need to stick with the cash, so follow the SPX.

Seriously though – just a lot of calculated saber rattling aimed at distracting Joe and Jane Sixpack from the fact that their country is being looted by corrupt banksters. They’ll catch quickly enough – give it six months or so – of course by then the people doing the pillaging will be long gone and most likely retired on their private islands.
