DEFCON 3

The evil lair market maker observation system just switched into DEFCON 3 – please proceed to your nuclear protection shelter immediately:

Frankly, I hate to post these alerts as I’m really putting myself on a limb when I do. But both MMMR1 and MMMR3 are suggesting further downside here. Not guaranteed – by no means – but at least be careful with the bottom fishing until we see a clear floor here.

This is MMMR2 – which is my second ‘magic market mind reader’ indicator – I have highlighted prior pushes outside that 2.0 BB.

This is MMMR3 – again, I have highlighted prior occurrences. If only one had triggered I may have scratched it up to a pre-X-Mas anomaly but when two are in sync I get a bit nervous.

On my end I would like to see at least SPX 1200 before even thinking about taking on a long position. Of course if there is an inverse signal on any of my MMMR charts I will let you know. Until then please treat carefully – this is dangerous tape.
