Alright – if you trade the Spiders, index options, or the ES futures these days the following chart is almost a must-have, whether your market pursuit is done surreptitiously during class or as a big-d swinging pro on your ridiculously pimped out trading display. Reminds me of ‘When Harry Met Sally’:
EUR/USD down – ES futures down – and the inverse – very simple:
We are talking German style lock step here – perfectly synced except that sometimes equities over correct. But if you put a 5-10 SMA on there both paths match each other, I’m sure. I might also add that this stochastic (relative to the EUR/USD – both in black) ticks like clockwork. But what stands out is how more exaggerated the moves are in equities.
There you have it – not much to add – watch the Zero and watch this chart and between those two you ought to be doing just fine.
