Monday Morning Briefing

Monday Morning Briefing

by The MoleMarch 4, 2013

Welcome to our morning briefing. Here we are reviewing short term setups ahead of the NYSE opening bell. If you are a scalper or swing trader then these setups may be of interest to you. As usual keep in mind that these are short term setups although they could be used as early entries for more longer term positions.

EUR/USD has been zip sliding the 25-hour SMA – a breach higher gets us into a long position. Until that happens I will remain short (watch that NLSL below).

Dollar index doing pretty much the inverse – same game.

Cotton painting some type of short term inverse H&S I think – whatever it is a breach of 85.5 would get me into longs. A drop below the 25-hour should sugest we go to 84.
