Twerking

I don’t have much to contribute today – no new setups on the horizon and the ones that triggered yesterday/today are still in the process of getting their groove on. The first half of the session was pretty tranquil and suddenly the E-Mini dropped its ass as if it was competing for Juicy J’s twerking scholarship:

We could make things a lot more elaborate here but the game is not about fancy charts, it’s about staying on the right side of the tape. Thus I suggest that we focus on the 25-hour SMA for now. It’s been holding up since the recent 1832.25 low and every stab lower was quickly recovered. Now if we close below it then we may be looking at a more pronounced correction – perhaps all the way down to the 100-hour which is now climbing near 1860.

The GBP/JPY (one of the current carry trade pairs) also has remained supportive, so as of right now this looks like an attempt to scare the children a little. Stay cool, don’t get over exposed, stick with your stops – that’s the ticket 😉
