Welcome to our morning briefing. Here we are reviewing short term setups ahead of the NYSE opening bell. If you are a scalper or swing trader then these setups may be of interest to you. As usual keep in mind that these are short term setups although they could be used as early entries for more longer term positions.
All you subs should be in a long trade now as the IP-L on the YM was hit earlier today. The rest of you leeches may be able to catch a ride higher on a breach of that 100-hour SMA. Today is the day when we’ll see if the bulls have any teeth left and this push better get a move on. Wield the hammer while the bears are panicking so to say…
AUD/CAD – nice touch of support there and it’s now boxed in between converging SMAs. Triggers are on the chart – put your stop on the opposite side.
On the surprise spike side of things we should be okay until later this evening around 7:30pm when we may see a few jitters in the AUD pairs.
