Whiplash Wednesday Wrap Up

So, you think today’s tape was a bitch to trade? Well, if that’s the case you are obviously not a Zero sub:

Let’s take it one step at a time. I snoozed through the first hour or trading but there was an obvious divergence peaking around 10:50am EST (7:50am on the chart above). A breach through VWAP was quickly bought and I mused via a sticky note that the green line I had drawn (and which is now extended) should hold. And hold it did – we even pushed above VWAP where I again pointed out a slight bearish divergence. I however did not think we would drop through VWAP – again. But we did and as we painted 1315 I extended forward both the green ZL trend line and the red line on the spoos. And both of course were touched and presented us with a sweet long reversal opportunity. I pointed out that the ZL would have to remain positive in order to push the spoos through VWAP and beyond. Which – of course – happened.

Geronimo enjoyed two winners and one loser today. Unfortunately the last trade got cut off by the clock and I hope that by the time they received the alert my subs were able to eek out a few more ticks than the +4 I put on the record.
