I have been coding almost non-stop since Friday night and am happy to report that I have made quite a bit of progress. The (really) good news is that the NinjaTrader version of the Mole scalp signals is nearing completion. I’m seeing slightly different entries based on the intrinsic differences between the ThinkOrSwim and DTN data feeds. Obviously the latter has a lot more detail, but IMO requires a bit more finesse. More data is better but if managed improperly can also throw your strategy in a spin. This morning I mentioned that our E-Mini short term panel was providing a pretty good view of what was brewing for today. Without a breach of the hourly SMAs buyers mostly remained on the sidelines. After some hefty burn we now get more churn for the discretionary bottom fishers. The easy pickings are long gone and right now market makers are feeing off the tormented bodies of anyone trying to pick a low here.

Welcome to our morning briefing. Here we are reviewing short term setups ahead of the NYSE opening bell. If you are a scalper or swing trader then these setups may be of interest to you.
