While we are waiting for a floor to paint here’s a signal that has been pretty spot on in the past. Along with the spike in JNK this may spell the end of the June gloom.

Now, the day ain’t over just yet – but unless something really nasty happens after the second POMO auction today we should be closing below Friday and inside the 2.0 BB. Which means we’ll have a bonafide VIX buy signal – trade accordingly.
