Freaky OPX Day Wrap Up

Freaky OPX Day Wrap Up

by The MoleMay 20, 2011

It’s never pretty and today’s OPX day was no exception – let’s watch the session in all its gore:

My comments reflect the rather cynical attitude I employ on option expiration day. Yes, there are swing trading opportunities but it’s rather easy to get faked out of what looks like a great setup. That divergence took way too long to resolve and even Iceman would have probably headed back to base beforehand.

Geronimo somehow nailed it twice today and thus made up for yesterday’s stop outs:

There were actually two stop outs – the second one (long trade) is now gone as I changed the execution order flow logic a little bit. Geronimo will now err on the side of caution and close out a short position and remain in cash instead of switching sides when encountering an inverse trade signal.

FYI – starting Monday I am reverting ZeroFX back to its prior settings, which I think is better timed.

That’s all I got for tonight – and I leave you with some inspirational imagery. Hit the gym boys – summer is coming!

Believe it or not she even looks better from the front. Have a great weekend y’all!

Cheers,

Mole
