Welcome to our morning briefing. Here we are reviewing short term setups ahead of the NYSE opening bell. If you are a scalper or swing trader then these setups may be of interest to you. As usual keep in mind that these are short term setups although they could be used as early entries for more longer term positions.
Very solid setups this morning – let’s have some fun! Here’s the E-Mini which has been doing the expected ramp & camp and now finds itself in a very compressed Bollinger bubble. The 25-hour seems to be holding up and I think we can risk 1/2R here with a stop below 1800. The other half R however will be reserved for another equities setup which I like even better this morning – see below the fold.
The Dollar heading higher – I must be dreaming – someone pinch me. Well, since I’m obviously imagining things let’s just pretend we’re going to grab a long above the 80.93 NLBL. This is a bit experimental so don’t get over exposed. I know – in your dreams 😉
