Late Start

UPDATE 11:34am EDT: I went to some fancy event here in Hollywood last night, so forgive me if I’m falling out of bed a bit late today. Actually I have been up already for over an hour – had to fix some annoying NinjaTrader data problem which occurred last night. When it’s not one thing it’s another – fat chance for me to ever go on vacation ever again – I so envy Tim…

We seem to be well on our way with the blue scenario. Although we’ve seen horses puke lately and a sudden surprise bounce is never out of question I cautiously expect the tape to continue winding to the downside. That said – if this Minor 4 down then we want to see a zigzag and we seem to be on the verge of {b} of 4.

Here’s my experimental channel du jour – it has a similar width of the one to the upside and we appear to be testing the outer border at this point. The short term wave count looks more than ugly and I’m not even going to try.

Let’s not forget that HOG has its earnings announcement tonight and BBT’s is tomorrow evening. I plan to try my luck with another calendar spread on both of them. This time however I’ll wait for the last hour of trading the day before (HOG today – BTT tomorrow) and then buy a calendar right ATM.

UPDATE 11:50am EDT: The ‘Count’ also alerts us to ISRG and I looked – their April options are – get this – at 191.65% – the Mays are at 82.63%. I haven’t had the time to look into their earnings history – maybe we can get the seal of approval from either Annamall or Fujisan? 😉

Now, I love money as next as the next evil rat, but please – can’t you curb your irrational exuberance and wait until Monday? After all it’s the last three days of OPEX week and most likely nothing good will transpire anyway.
