Triangulation

2:00pm EDT: Something that always used to crack me up about that old show ‘Knight Rider’ was when his car announced that it would ‘triangulate’ the culprit’s position (conveniently forgetting that you would need three cars to do so). Anyway, we’re building a nice ascending triangle in the NDX right now:

On the Spiders it looks a bit more like a regular one:

If we keep gyrating higher then we most likely will encounter first resistance in that yellow zone I’ve marked. Again, this channel is on the soft side right now – we need more upside touch points and I’m sure we’ll get them.

In any case – today’s a bit of a tosser but thus far we have remained above VWAP – the bears are not swatting this one down just yet. Fortunately I have an errand to run which I’ll do in the next few hours – so, I’ll be quiet until shortly before the close. Talk amongst yourself and keep posting those charts.

2:12pm EDT: Some of you rats have been complaining about some mysterious trojan alerts they’re getting when browsing this site. I contacted my hosting company and they responded as follows:

This is not a server related issue, what is reported as a virus/trojan is a Javascript used in your site.

Well, the last change I’ve made last night was the EWI banners – I have sent them an email just now wondering if it might be on their end. If anyone has further details on this please let me know.

6:20pm EDT: UPDATE ON THE TROJAN ISSUE – I have installed a virus checker in WordPress and it found nothing. I also googled for the packed.c.gen exploit and found two links [1, 2] which seem to indicate that this might be a false positive based on some hypersensitive virus checker. Of course I will keep looking into the issue as I’m taking this very seriously.
