Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas!
Alright, looks like we are starting to be in good shape here! Equities have continued to push higher overnight and it’s time to advance our initial stop to a trailing one. As we are lacking a spike low on the hourly panel I would suggest you keep it below the recent cluster of Net-Line Sell Levels around ES 2033. Obviously participation is expected to increasingly dry up now, and that means stop runs can happen out of the blue. If you trail your paper profits too tight then you are prone to be taken to Santa’s workshop for a do-over.
The daily panel is looking very positive with the 1980 mark having been well established as a significant support zone. But as of now we should be looking upward and not over think the situation. We got a good entry before equities took off and that’s what matters.
I expect most of you are starting to wrap things up on your end now and won’t have much time to devote to trading. Over here in my Mediterranean winter lair things are starting to get more festive as well. Mrs. Evil is busy procuring various culinary goodies which I will have a hard time working off at the gym come next week. Otherwise however there will be very little rest for the wicked as I am still knee-deep in my site re-design with plenty of work left on the roster. I will do my very best to get most of it completed by the new year – of course barring any technical hiccups.
Holiday Schedule
Which is a round about way of conveying that this will be my last post for the week. I will check in next Monday (the 28th) and post an update assuming there’s anything of interest. The Zero is going to be running on the 24th for the half session and then again Monday through Thursday. Scalpius will be turned off tonight after the close of the session. Thor will run through the holidays but I won’t be posting new setups until next Monday.
Alright, and here is me wishing you and your family a very politically incorrect Merry Christmas. If you happen to be one of the remaining 77% of the world’s population, well enjoy your trading holiday the same. I see you all next week!
