Off To The Trauma Clinic

As you may recall I badly injured by lower back last weekend and fortunately I was able to snag an appointment with a trauma specialist in an hour from now. This by the way was no small feat as here in Spain everyone is just coming back from their traditional month long August vacations (no joke). There doctor’s appointments are extremely hard to get by, especially with anyone worth their salt.

Fortunately I’m feeling much better and was even able to make it through a light gym routine yesterday.  But that back of mine is still feeling a bit ‘out of whack’ and after things practically escalated to the point of me ending up at the emergency room, I’m determined to get to the bottom of this. Pun intended 😉

Anyway, so no post today plus there isn’t that much to be said at this point. Yesterday I proposed the possibility of a shake out and we got served even quicker than anticipated. Nothing out of the ordinary and if you once again feel perma-bearish than take a good look at a weekly or monthly chart and then remind yourself of where we are and how we got here.

One quick note to my Zero subs. It seems that the session problem persists this morning. Which means you may have to log out of aMember and then log in again. That should fix it at least for the day. I have already notified aMember support advising them that they need to keep investigating. I apologize for any inconvenience.
