Wednesday Morning Briefing
Wednesday Morning Briefing
Welcome to our morning briefing. Here we are reviewing short term setups ahead of the NYSE opening bell. If you are a scalper or swing trader then these setups may be of interest to you. As usual keep in mind that these are short term setups although they could be used as early entries for more longer term positions.
Equities haven’t been able to recover much overnight and I’m starting to learn more bearish. Right now both the YM is retesting the underside of its 25-hour – great inflection point and what happens here should lead into today’s NYSE session.
Here are the spoos – exactly the same setup. I would not be long unless I see a breach of that hourly NLBL at 1546.25, which incidentally coincides with its now dropping 25-hour SMA.
Gold is starting to regain some of its mojo – I’m currently long with a stop below that NLBL.
Bonds – just dropped through their 100-hour which was a bit sudden. I’ll be short here if it holds below, otherwise I’m going to watch out for a recover in the next hour or so.
